Grading Syllabus - 9th kup yellow tag

9th kup Yellow tag

Physical:

Explain how to correctly perform basic stretches including why you would use tension eg:

  • Adductor stretch
  • Hip Flexor stretch
  • Hamstring stretch
  • Lower back stretch

10 x push ups

10 x abdominal crunches

10 x squats

 

Exercises:

Saju Jirugi (both directions)

Saju Makgi (both directions)

 

Hand Techniques:

Narrani so, ap joomuk kaunde jirugi

Annun so, ap joomuk kaunde jirugi

Gunnun so, ap joomuk kaunde jirugi         

Gunnun so, bakat palmok najunde makgi  

Gunnun so, sonkal najunde makgi            

Gunnun so, an palmok kaunde makgi       

Gunnun so, bakat palmok chookyo makgi
