The Mulhuddart Taekwon-Do Club instructors participated in the 2006 Polish Taekwon-Do Winter Training Camp, organised by MKS Lewart Lubartow and Lublin Sport Taekwon-Do Club in Wisła, Poland from 30th January to 4th February.  The camp was led by Mr. Tadeusz Łoboda VI Dan and Mr. Jerzy Jedut VI Dan from Poland.  Mr. Łoboda is President of the All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation (AETF).  Mr. Jedut is recognised as one of the leading Taekwon-Do Coaches in the world having trained many European and World Champions.  Mr Jedut is Secretary General of the AETF and Technical Director to the Polish Taekwon-Do Association (PTA).

People travelling from Ireland included; Donal O'Donoghue, Darren Smith, Karl Kelly, Nicola McCutcheon, David O’Brien, Andrew Dolan, Luke Woods, Siobhan Kangataran and Sabina Mason.

Attending the camp were many good international competitors from countries including Poland, Ireland, England, Scotland, New Zealand and Slovakia, including Gary Smith, Matt Cadle, Stuart Arryo, Carolina Dillen, Marcin Wronowski, Małgorzata Rogaczewska, Rafale Oleňski and many others.

The camp not only gave a chance to practice with top coaches and competitors, there was also the opportunity to do some skiing or snowboarding which was great value for money, the week which included accommodation, full board, Taekwon-Do training and hire of ski/snowboard equipment cost less than €150 plus flights, perhaps next year students from Mulhuddart Taekwon-Do Club will have the chance to join a similar training camp!
